We ship throughout the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to military addresses. Additionally, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.
Free standard shipping on all orders
• Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
• Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 7 days.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from ninaricci.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product.
All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached to them. Fragrance products must be unopened. Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Nina Ricci will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
To register a return, please enter your order number and the email address used to place the order on our "Start a return" section.
Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.
