Payment
You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna.
You will be able to pay for your order in euros (EU), dollars (USD), pounds (£) and Swiss franc (CHF).
All transactions are carried out using secure payment systems. All data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. You can view our privacy policy by clicking here.
If your payment has been declined, please proceed to payment again by clicking on "retry payment".
If it still does not work, verify that you enter the correct security code:
- For VISA and MasterCard, it's the three-digit number on the back of your card.
- For American Express cards, it's the 4-digit code on the front of the card.
Your card issuer may have refused your payment, and as we do not know the reason, we suggest you contact your bank directly. If you have checked all of the above information, try paying with another card or contact our Customer Service by e-mail or WhatsApp, our team will answer from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (GMT+2).
You card will be charged once the parcel is shipped.
