To purchase on our e-shop, you must choose the size of your product and indicate the quantity. If you want to find a specific product, you can also use our search bar.

When purchasing a fragrance product, you will be able to choose your free samples and your eventual gifts in your cart. When your selection is ready, click on "confirm". Note that a Nina Ricci pouch will be added to each fragrance order on our website.

To proceed to check out, click on “continue to shipping”. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail or WhatsApp, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (GMT+2).

You can purchase our products in the selected retail stores that you will find on the Store Locator.

SAMPLES

For the products qualified for the Try & Buy service*, the sample of the fragrance concerned will be automatically added to your basket**, but you will be able to delete it if you don't want it. You will also be able to select 2 additional samples in your basket.

Please note: by selecting the samples, you acknowledge that you are requesting one or more samples.

GIFTS

Once you meet the conditions for a specific gift, you will be able to manually add it to your basket directly in your cart.

You can apply a promotional code after you have finished your selection by clicking on "confirm" in your cart. You will then access the checkout and be able to enter your promotional code in the field "discount code", before payment.

With the "Try & Buy" service, Nina Ricci gives you the opportunity to try your perfume before opening it. When you buy a fragrance*, you automatically get its free sample in your basket**, but you will be able to delete it if you don't want it. It allows you to first test the sample on your skin, without having to open the fragrance. This way, if you don't like it, you can return the unopened bottle in its original packaging. You can return your products within 14 days of the delivery date ; extended to 30 days for orders shipped to Germany. Note that returns are free of charge.

If your product is out of stock, you can subscribe to an alert and be notified by email once it is back! To subscribe, go directly on the product page concerned and click on "create an alert".

You can order up to 5 units of the same reference. Please note that if the number of units available in stock for a given reference is less than 5, you will only be able to order what is available.

You can find the list of ingredients contained in each of our fragrances directly on the relevant product pages, in the "Composition" category. The ingredients are also listed on the packaging of our products.

Please note that all the fragrances from the Nina range are conscious & vegan, with 90% naturally derived ingredients, all housed in a new, more environmentally friendly bottle.
